About
The project is centered on the using information technologies (IT) in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) as a key drivers of innovation. It is necessary to improve the system of IT Service Management (ITSM), which controls IT systems themselves, enables process innovation (e.g. eProcurement) and product innovations (e.g. client services). The project will contribute to improving the knowledge of the general public on ITSM and thereby to overcome the innovation barriers in CE regions. The project relies on cooperation betwen complementary partners and regions by transferring know-how, experience and setting up common training platform.
Goals of the project:
- Innovate processes and products of SMEs in CE with adequate IT service enabled innovation methods and to increase the level of ITS enabled innovation maturity
- Exchange best practices and knowledge on process and product innovation via an E-Training platform
- Empower and train CIOs to improve preconditions for effective innovation management
