The aim of the project is to contribute to building a confident school leader who knows where he is going and is not afraid to make changes. The singularity and strength of the program is based on years of experience in building teams and training managers in companies. Our “handwriting” is to get “below the surface” because we believe that it is at the level of our deepest personal beliefs that changes in our behaviour occur.

In this way, the project wants to contribute to a shared vision of building a generation of young people who have the courage and confidence to succeed and who also understand values such as fairness and cooperation.

The direction we see towards fulfilling this vision is that if schools are made up predominantly of confident teachers and leaders aligned on shared values, the schools will become inherently creative, open-minded and their students will have the desire to motivate not only themselves but the world around them.

The programme is built on the development of 4 modules, each of which focuses on the core competencies of school leadership.

Module 1. Culture and Leadership – We will explore why it is good to become an informal leader, have a vision and set a culture of partnership.

Module 2. Agile School Project Management – The only thing that is certain in today’s world is the change. The change and the response to it is one of the most pressing issues of our time. How do we manage complex projects in schools when we often don’t know what to expect?

Module 3. Mental Resilience – We will learn how to work with stress, what causes it and how it could become your partner and not your master.

Module 4. Feedback – We’ll discover that feedback is a real gift that can clear the atmosphere and “change the oil” in your staffroom.
